Together with Developmentaid.org, DevelopmentPeople is a part of DEVAID Ltd., a globally operating consultancy company specializing in recruitment and information services for the international development and humanitarian sectors. Founded in 2007 with just three employees, it has evolved into an agile organization with over 250 dedicated, educated, and multilingual professionals.

DRS
DevelopmentAid Recruitment Solutions provides global talent acquisition support for the international development sector, assisting non-profit organizations, consultancy firms, and donors. Since its inception, DRS has helped its clients to win over 4000 assignments and has successfully placed over 1500 candidates in positions within projects and international development organizations.
2015
Over 2,000 organizations
The company hires its 100th employee, and developmentaid.org reaches an active membership of over 2,000 organizations. The database hosts the largest job portal of the development sector and databases with experts, organizations, tenders, grants and donors.
2018 - 2019
Newsroom & Bidnexus
The newsroom division was created in 2018. To date, the development sector informs itself, and subscribing members have access to over 31,000 news articles, editorials, webinars, and reports.
One year later, in 2019, Bidnexus, the company’s tender and recruitment software, was launched.
2022-2024
DevelopmentPeople
The company reaches the threshold of 250 employees and expands into HR Consultancy and EOR. In 2024 the new website Developmentpeople.org is launched.
